5. Reliability Test

below when square wave 9Vp-p duty ratio is 50% and distance is 10cm the following criteria are met after any one test, appearance and electrical properties (except for sound pressure) shall not be defective or attenuated, and the sound pressure shall not be lower than 10dB of the minimum sound pressure in the specification.

5.1 Life Test

Place the test piece at a temperature of 25±10 ℃, and input a resonant frequency square wave with a rated voltage and a duty cycle of 1/2 to test for 96 hours.

5.2 High Temperature Test

Place the test piece at a temperature of +70°C for 96 hours, take it out and place it at room temperature for 3 hours before testing.

5.3 Low Temperature Test

Place the test piece at -30 ℃ for 96 hours, take it out and place it at normal temperature for 3 hours before testing.

5.4 Humidity Test

The test piece was placed at a temperature of +40±3°C and a humidity of 90% to 95% for 48 hours, and then at room temperature for 6 hours before testing.

5.5 Temperature Impact Test

Place the test piece under the following temperature change conditions: 60 ℃ for 2 hours →-20 ℃ for 2 hours (1 cycle), finish one cycle of experiment, and continue the next experiment after 1 hour. The total number of test cycles is 10 cycles.

5.6 Landing Test

Drop the test piece from a height of 1.2 meters to a thick board or a 5cm thick hardwood board after standard packaging (3 sides and 6 sides of the packaging box).

5.7 Mechanical Vibration Test

Test again according to the following conditions: vibration speed: 1000 times/min; Amplitude: 1.5mm; Time: 1 hour to change one degree of freedom, a total of 3 degrees of freedom.

Note :

Avoid irrelevant materials such as magnetic materials, water-soluble materials, corrosive gases, etc. Because these irrelevant materials will affect the electrical properties of the product.
