2、Reliability Test After any following tests the part shall meet specifications without any degradation in appearance and performance except SPL. SPL shall not deviate more than -5 dB from the initial value.a)impact test At an acceleration of 980m/s²(100G), impact three times on each side.b)Drop Test Standard Packaging From 100±1cm(Drop on hard wood or board of 5cm thick, 10times.c)Vibration The product can withstand frequencies ranging from 10 to 55Hz, amplitude of 1.5mm, and scanning speed rate: loct/min vibration test, X, Y, Z three directions, 3 hours in each direction.d)high temperature storage The product is stored at +80 ± 3 ℃ for 1000 hours, and then stored in a strip at room temperature. Place under the piece for 24 hours.e)low temperature storage The product is stored at -40 ± 3 ℃ for 1000 hours, and then stored in a strip at room temperature. Place under the piece for 24 hours. f) High temperature and high humidity storage The product operates at a temperature of+80 ± 3 ℃ and a humidity of 85% R.H Storage for 1000h, then place at room temperature for 24 hours. g)Thermal Shock The probe is connected in parallel with a 3.9K Ω resistor at both ends, and is kept at -40 ℃± 3 ℃ for 0.5 hours. It is then heated to+85 ℃± 3 ℃ within 5 minutes and kept for 0.5 hours. Work for 375 hoursz, and then leave it at room temperature for 24 hours. k)High and low temperature characteristics The product remains stable for 30 minutes in the ambient temperature range of -40 ± 3 ℃, stable for 30 minutes in the temperature range of 25 ± 3 ℃, and stable for 30 minutes in the temperature range of+85 ± 3 ℃ |
