How can we test the performance of electromagnetic passive buzzer without testing equipment?

If the user has no test equipment, it is possible to test whether the passive passive buzzer is suitable for use in the following simple ways:

1, take the user actually use the finished PCB, or as long as there is buzzer sound source output part of the complete circuit PCB piece.

2. Confirm the correctness of the circuit parameters on PCB:

First, whether the circuit amplifier part is correct, refer to figure 1, where diode IN4148 can not;

Second, confirm whether the frequency of the signal on the PCB is matched with the selected buzzer (the signal frequency is best 50% space ratio square wave, otherwise the buzzer's part of the parameters), the buzzer rated frequency must be the same or before the actual frequency, and should not choose the buzzer after the frequency deviation; for example, you The PCB output frequency is 2700Hz, must choose the buzzer rated frequency 2700Hz or 2600Hz, absolutely not choose the rated frequency 2700Hz above the buzzer, most buzzer use frequency is generally between 100-200Hz, the best also do not choose the rated frequency 2600Hz before the buzzer;

Third, confirm whether the power of the signal source on the PCB is sufficient to saturate the triode of the buzzer power amplifier part. If it is not necessary to reduce the R1 value in the appended Figure 1, the R2 resistance must be less than the buzzer's resistance value or to 0 Europe;

Fourth, confirm whether the voltage of the buzzer power amplifier part on PCB matches the rated voltage of the buzzer, and the voltage too small will make the buzzer parameters less than the specification of the specification;

Fifth, take the part of the buzzer from PCB to lead the wire to the test tool, pay attention to the positive and negative pole do not connect, the electromagnetic passive buzzer has a definite positive and negative pole, and can not be mistakable;

Sixth, if there is no sound pressure meter, it can be compared with the minimum standard volume acceptance test. Because the ear is tired in the long term, the hearing will have a large deviation in the fatigue state, so the test will have a big controversy, so it is better to use the sound pressure meter (market). The commonly used sound pressure gauge TES1351B is about 300 yuan, if the seal product reading is used to do the comparative test, it can meet the requirements completely)
